How to Report

Please send a detailed description of the issue to our dedicated security email: security@simpology.com.au

Include, where possible:

  • Steps to reproduce the issue

  • Relevant URLs or system details

  • Any supporting screenshots or logs

Response Mechanism & Expectations

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 2 business days.

  • Assessment: Our security team will investigate the report and may contact you for additional details.

  • Resolution: We will provide updates on our progress and notify you once the issue is resolved.

Confidentiality Assurance

 

We value responsible disclosure. All reports are handled confidentially, and details will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law. We request that you avoid publicly disclosing the vulnerability until we have addressed it.
